CancelLation policy
I understand life can be unpredictable, however, I do require 48 hours notice to cancel a service or have it rescheduled.
If an appointment is cancelled or moved within the 48 to 24 hour period, you will be charged for 50% of the service booked.
If an appointment is cancelled, moved or is a no-show, within the 24 hour period, you will be responsible for covering 100% of the total cost for the service booked.
